Item Completed
The Item Completed block allows a scenario to apply a disposition to a task or email. When this block executes, the item is removed from the service queue and its processing is considered complete.

This block only affects items that are in a service queue. It has no effect if the task or email is already in an agent's personal queue or has been dispositioned by an agent. |
Settings
Set Disposition
Set Disposition is the disposition name or the associated numeric code. If the disposition with the specified name or numeric code cannot be found, the interaction disposition will be set to Disposition Not Found.
