Workforce Management 1.5.1 Release Notes
Workforce Management (WFM) 1.5.1 introduces a major new feature, shift trades and boards, as well as some optimizations of the Shift Overview screen.
Shift Trades
Reduces management overhead by giving agents some flexibility to manage their schedules by enabling them to:
- Swap shifts directly with co-workers
- Post their desired shifts to a trade board
Before any trade is finalized, requests are evaluated against configured rules and business logic. Depending on configuration, trades can undergo manual review or receive automated approval when all validation criteria are met.
Optimization of Shift Overview Screen
The Shift Overview screen has been updated with rendering optimizations that improve performance when working with large numbers of agents and shifts. The visual design of the screen has been aligned with the rest of the application.
