Move To Service Queue
The Move To Service Queue block moves a task or email from an agent's personal queue back to the service queue. For example, this block can be placed after in the Find Agent block's Timeout conditional exit to re-queue items that an agent may have pulled but not completed.

If an agent is interacting with the item when this block executes, the scenario will wait for the interaction to end before moving the item to the service queue. |
