Home Page Overview

The Home Page displays widgets containing metrics that allow you to monitor key areas of your and your team's performance. The view is the same for all agents.

The Home Page replaces the legacy desktop Wallboard view.

Depending on your contact center configuration, your Home Page can also display an external web page. If defined, access to this web page will be available to you at any time while you are logged on.


Home Page Widgets

By default, the home page displays four preconfigured widgets:

Authorized users can customize or add widgets to show the stats most relevant to your contact center.

Break Time

The Break Time widget displays the total time used out of your allotted break time. Time spent in the Not Ready state with a qualifying Not Ready Reason selected counts toward break time used. If you hover your cursor over the widget, you may highlight either allotted break time or used time.

Services

The Services widget displays key performance metrics for the services you are assigned to.

Personal Stats

The Personal Stats widget displays various metrics about your individual performance, such as the number of inbound and outbound interactions you have handled (or ignored) today, as well as the average handling time and average duration handling inbound calls.

Team

The Team widget displays the status of your teammates. The contents of this widget may be anonymized, modified, or hidden according to your contact center's configuration.
