View Campaign Lists
Metrics for specific lists within a selected campaign are displayed in a table called Lists at the bottom of the Campaign Operator page. To view these metrics, first select the desired campaign in the Campaigns table. The Lists table shows all lists associated with the selected campaign. Note that real-time metrics are only calculated for currently enabled lists.

Metrics available in the Lists table are a subset of the campaign metrics focused on the records (as opposed to call attempts) of an individual list within the selected campaign. For descriptions of these metrics, see section List of List Metrics.
The following data is specific to the Lists table:
- The Status column controls whether a given list is currently enabled or disabled within the selected campaign. For more information, see section Enabling and Disabling Lists within a Campaign.
- The Order column shows the order in which this list will be used within the selected campaign, relative to the other lists assigned to the same campaign. See List Order and Ratios below for an example. This is a static property defined in the campaign configuration.
- For lists with the same Order value, the Ratio field defines the ratio at which records from each list will be attempted. See List Order and Ratios below for an example. This is a static property defined in the campaign configuration.
- The Completed % progress bar displays the percentage of records that have been finalized.

List Order and Ratios
When multiple lists have the same value in the Order column, records from those lists are dialed in a round-robin fashion.
For example, say you have two lists with order 1. The first list has a ratio set to 2, and the second list has a ratio set to 3. Two records from the first list will be attempted, then three records from the second list will be attempted, then two records from the first list will be attempted, and so forth.
To edit order and ratio values directly within the Lists table:
- Click the Set Order & Ratio button above and to the right of the Lists table.
- Edit the order and ratio fields in the table as desired.

- Click Apply to save these changes.
Remaining Records Report

The Remaining Records report provides a breakdown of how many records have been rescheduled, and can be opened in a new interface tab by clicking the number in the Remaining column of the desired list. This report includes the following metrics:
- Available Now: The number of remaining records in the selected list that could be called when the report was generated. Calculated as the remaining records minus the number of records that are rescheduled or cannot be called because of calling hour restrictions. Includes personally assigned records, unlike the list metric Dialable.
- Postponed: The number of records from the selected list that have been rescheduled. Broken down into the following intervals: Today AM, Today PM, Tomorrow AM, Tomorrow PM, and Later (any calls rescheduled for a time after Tomorrow PM).
- Misconfigured: The number of remaining records in the selected list that cannot be dialed at all with the current campaign calling hours configuration. For example, a record with state calling hours that are outside of the campaign calling hours is misconfigured because there is no allowable time to dial the record.
Press the Refresh button to fetch the latest data.
